Lou is an experienced executive coach and mindfulness specialist with over 30 years of experience across the public and private sectors. She holds an MSc in Mindfulness Studies and is a certified HeartMath Coach, blending emotional intelligence, resilience, and practical leadership tools to enhance personal growth and development.

Her approach blends coaching with self-compassion, emotional regulation, and grounded insight. This helps women lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Lou is also a mental health first aid advocate and a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), dedicated to upholding ethical and professional best practices.
